Carserve in association with Bosch had organized a vehicle diagnostics workshop in Manipal University Jaipur, from 3^rd February to 5^th February 2016. As a preceding event to the workshop, Mr. Parag Kavthekar [Regional Trainer(Technical)] from Bosch, delivered a lecture on the topic ‘Engine Management System’.

After a welcome note by Mr. Navya Mathur (chairperson, RPM Club), Mr. Parag began explaining the various technologies that have been developed to improve the efficiency levels and decrease emission levels of automobiles. The lecture was open for all students to attend. It was very informative and thereby very beneficial for students. All aspects of Gasoline Injection Internal Combustion Engines from the working strokes to the firing order to various sensors were covered. A doubt clearing session was also conducted during which students asked various diverse questions which were answered by Mr. Parag then and there only.

Around 80 students showed up for the lecture which goes to show students’ interest in the field of automobile engineering. Mementos were given to Mr. Parag and Mr. Snehil Jain which marked an end to the highly informative session
